I am very afraid of salt and eating out.  My sodium intake is pretty low so when I do have any, I swell.  Always looking for supplements and remedies to not swell.

Ginger Root

Currently taking the two above, whenever I feel the need.  I think it works, I think but I also drink a lot of water whenever I have more than the usual sodium intake.
